His primary focus is TIMOTCA. It has been a government approved nonprofit, educational and charitable corporation since it was formed 29 years ago. TIMOTCA has sponsored artists from 46 countries and has been endorsed by many world leaders such as Kofi Annan, former Secretary-General of the United Nations, Koichiro Matsurra, Director-General of UNESCO, and the Orange County California Board of Supervisors.

Ed is a published writer, editor, critic, and art promoter. He conceived TIMOTCA (The International Museum of 21st Century Arts) in March 1980 and since that time has devoted his time and energies to developing, researching and refining every aspect of the TIMOTCA project. He has arranged international cultural exchange programs and exhibitions and has been active in establishing art programs for children.

Working toward the goals he set for TIMOTCA, Ed and the co-founder of TIMOTCA have secured the invaluable endorsement and support of the United Nations and UNESCO, Heads of State, government officials, ambassadors, ministers, diplomats, educators, business leaders, art critics and artists around the world. He has had the pleasure of receiving official invitations from the Presidents of Haiti, Jamaica, Italy, Portugal and Mexico, as well as Ministers from around the world.

In addition to his position with TIMOTCA, Ed is an art consultant and speaker on art related subjects. He speaks to professionals in the education, business and artistic industries.
